Can I Violate A Trademark With My Domain Name?

I just called the US Trademark Center and could not get an answer. @@ Was advised to call an attorney and I do not have the $.
So my domain name is abc123.com
and my DBA is abc123.com
If someone decided to trademark the phrase “abc123″ could I get in trouble even though my DBA is abc123.com (with the .com added could I get in trouble)
